Engine 22, Engine 18 and Engine 204 handled a shed on fire in New Castle Manor last night. The fire is under investigation by the Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office. Chief 18 (Majewski) had the New Castle Command.
Engine 22 & Chief 22 just picked up from a Two Alarm Fire in the 800 Block of Lombard St in the City of Wilmington. Battalion 2 (Haley) had the Lombard St Command
Engine 22 along with Squad 23 responded to the area of Interstate 295 & 495nb for reported vehicle fire. Units on scene extinguished fire and turned it over to DRBA.
Engine 22 and Chief 22-8 respond to Box 2340 for a Commercial Structure Fire for a reported forklift on fire inside the structure. Battalion 23 had the Newport Command
Engine 22 was dispatched to Box 3210 for a Residential Structure Fire. Fire ended up being upgraded to a 3rd alarm. Engine 22 assisted with extinguishment of fire.
Members and Staff from Minquadale were in attendance at the 12th Annual Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Reunion hosted by the New Castle County Paramedics. We had (3) Cardiac Arrest saves for Minquadale. Some of the staff had multiple saves as they work at other organizations as well.
Station 22 & 20, along with Salem County 7 all were dispatched to a vehicle fire along the Delaware Memorial Bridge. All units worked together to extinguish the fire.
Station 22 ( Engine 22 & BLS A22) and ALS Medic 1 responded to a MVC with rollover in the 1600 block of N DuPont Highway. Upon arrival on scene, units had one trapped and went to work to extricate one.
